This blog came about as a result of my realization of my own shortcomings regarding "good works" or the act of doing good for others without expecting anything in return.
Not that I didn't do good in the past. I never hesitated helping and I always did, happily, except that I did only when asked. There was no initiative on my part. I was also kind of apathetic toward the pitiable conditions of the less fortunate around me.
That all changed when I watched the movie "Pay It Forward."
I felt ashamed of myself while watching the movie. Right there and then, I decided to do something worthwhile that would benefit others, not just myself. But I don't have enough resources to fund the project that I have in mind.
So I thought of doing Affiliate Marketing on the Internet and joining an mlm program for the purpose. I then thought of putting up this blog to appeal to kind-hearted people around the world per chance that someone out there sees the nobleness of my mission and become part of it.
Would that "good samaritan" be you?
The reason why I have Google ads and similar ads displayed in this blog is for the purpose of generating the much-needed resources. I hope you understand. It's not for my pocket.
I would appreciate very much whatever help is extended that will contribute to the speedy materialization of the plan. Basically, I want to put up a center for out-of-school talented youths where they can be provided education and training on value-based entrepreneurship, the main objective of which is to empower and emancipate them from the bonds of poverty that kept them from improving their lot and attaining their full potential.
Big things start from small beginnings.
